“My visit to The Bronx concluded in early February 2026. A cold day. The food at the Johnson Diner was fantastic. The service was perfect. I arrived early morning. Feb 9th. I had an omelette which was cooked perfect. The Home fries were impeccable and my waitress was very attentive. To this day I tell everyone in Texas where I live that the Johnson diner has great comfort food in this part of New York City.”
